In partnership with Transport for Ireland (TFI), we’ve developed a new JAM Card that allows bus passengers to discreetly request a lowered boarding ramp from their driver using the JAM Card or JAM App.

You can collect a ‘Lower Ramp’ JAM Card from participating TFI operators throughout Ireland or request one via the TFI Customer Contact Centre. Alternatively, download the JAM Card App to access the ‘Lower Ramp’ message on your phone.
