They say if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life right? RIGHT!
Last week was one of those special moments that reminds us why we do what we do. We had the absolute pleasure of supporting our incredible NOW Group Irish FA Disability Division 2 champions as we attended the Northern Ireland vs. Iceland match at Windsor Park.
Thanks to our ongoing partnership with the Irish Football Association and the Clearer Twist National Stadium’s JAM Card-friendly status, our participants enjoyed a fantastic, inclusive football experience. It was amazing to see our team fully immersed in the energy and excitement of international football, knowing that if they needed “Just A Minute,” trained and understanding staff were right there to help.
This match marked more than just a game; it was a celebration of an incredible league season that ended with our team lifting the trophy. For many of our participants, this was their first time experiencing a live international football match, and the night was nothing short of unforgettable.
A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated coaches, JP Agnew and Marcus Gray, whose passion, commitment, and care make such a difference. You create more than training sessions; you create confidence, belonging, and lifelong memories.
As part of the event, some of our players were interviewed to share their experiences and the impact of the stadium becoming JAM Card friendly. Their message was clear: being JAM Card friendly isn’t just a badge, it’s a promise. A promise of respect, understanding, and genuine inclusion.
“It means I don’t have to explain myself over and over,” one participant shared. “People just get it. That makes a huge difference.”
We’re incredibly grateful to Jason B. from the Irish FA for making this opportunity possible, and to Wendy McGhee for her support on the night. We hope you enjoyed spending time with the team as much as they enjoyed having you there!
To any organisation thinking about becoming JAM Card friendly: this is the impact in action. When accessibility meets opportunity, everyone wins

and that’s what true inclusion looks like.
Here’s to many more nights like this, where the love of the game brings us all together.
