I Love JAM Card - Lanyard. We have introduced the JAM Card Lanyard to help card users show their JAM Card more easily whilst using public services like travel, banking, shopping etc.  
 
Note: you are paying for the print, supply and postage of the lanyard. JAM Cards are FREE of charge. Please allow 7 working days for postage.
 
We provide JAM Cards to people for FREE. If you would like to contribute, you can donate at https://www.jamcard.org/donate. You don't need to donate, but if you do, your generosity will have a significant impact on our movement. Thank you!

You can pay for your item(s) online by debit or credit card using Stripe.

At this time we are only able to provide shipping within the UK and Ireland. All items, including postage and packaging, must be paid for in full at the time of sale. Please allow up to 7 days, unless otherwise specified, for an item to be delivered for orders within the UK and Ireland.
If you are not completely satisfied with your items, please let us know that you wish to return them within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@jamcard.org. Then simply return the item(s) to us in their supplied condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.

The returned product(s) must be sent in its original packaging. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage for your return parcel, as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning goods is borne by you.

As soon as we receive the returned products in their expected condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to five working days to show on your account. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
